What is the Glögg Walk in the World Heritage City, and when does it take place?
The Glögg Walk in the World Heritage City is a Christmas city walk where you stroll by lantern light through the alleys and along the Falun River. The walk ends at Gamla Herrgården and features charming stories about Christmas traditions: why Santa Claus is red, what the oldest Christmas dish is, what a Christmas pole is, and why it’s called Christmas. A warm drink with a snack is served at the end of the walk at Vass Brita’s farm. The tour takes place in Övre Åsen and Gamla Herrgården during the Christmas season.
